Artist Statement:

History speaks louder than words… Stoke on Trent is a city made of many parts; 6 towns that manage to act and speak with one voice. The poster represents the creative heritage of the city that is so beautifully reflected in the architecture and sculptures that populate the public realm. With so many fine examples harking back to the city’s heritage of steel and clay, we are truly short of nothing we have. My poster hopes to capture this… listen to the past, heritage says so much about a place, leaving few word to be said.
